On 28 September 2026 at approximately 09:00 UTC, we identified an issue affecting our Inter Account Transfers service, preventing transfers being detected correctly. As the data produced Inter Account Transfers is relied upon by downstream features including Affordability, Verified Income, these were also affected for customers who have Inter Account Transfers enabled.
The issue was fully resolved on 28 September 2026 at approximately 10:39 UTC, normal service has resumed, and all affected consents have been refreshed and reprocessed.
