On Tuesday 6th of January we became aware that transactions were showing in duplicate in our Stored Data and in the Dashboard. Our developers rolled back a code change. All consents connected or refreshed between 2026-01-05 12:11Z - 2026-01-06 12:10Z were showing duplicate transactions. Consent connected after 2026-01-06 12:10Z were correct.

We worked to remove the duplicate transactions and re-run the Insight Products so that calculations were not using duplicate transactions. This work was completed, and all customers affected were sent an individual email with details of the affected consent.
