We are notified by Chase Open Banking provider about a scheduled maintenance that would have an impact on connections.

During the maintenance period Chase will not provide the Tokenized Account numbers that would have a downstream impact at your end.

As such, all connections initiated during this maintenance window will fail with an error.

During the internal maintenance changes from 21:00 on the 03rd to 07:00 on the 04th of August, Santander may experience disruptions in connectivity. we are not expecting a full outage.

LBG would like to advise of disruption to their AIS service due to planned maintenance. This will occur on 3rd August 2024 from 02:00 - 03:00 but could extend until 06:00 if a backout is required.

During the internal maintenance changes from 21:00 on the 02nd to 07:00 on the 03rd of August, Santander may experience disruptions in connectivity. we are not expecting a full outage.

In order to complete required maintenance our Retail Open Banking services will be unavailable from 21:00 Tuesday 24 September to 02:00 Wednesday 25 September 2024.

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance and the stand alone API services will be unavailable for all accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ between 01:00 and 05:00 GMT on 27th October 2024.

This outage will also impact our direct customer channels, which will be unavailable during this maintenance slot.

On Wednesday 16th October we will be undertaking scheduled maintenance between 01:30 and 05:30.

During this period Nationwide APIs will be available as normal but some requests may fail.

Barclays will be undertaking maintenance between 12/10/2024 22:00 and 13/10/2024 07:00 on our Online Banking channel. During the time stated there will be impact to all services using Online Banking only. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tesco Bank would like to advise that there will be disruption to our Open Banking APIs between 10 pm on 12 October and 8am on 13 October 2024 due to planned maintenance (times in BST).

During this time there will be disruption to APIs for our savings and Clubcard Pay+ products. No alternative access methods will be available, and transactions will not be queued.

Barclays will be completing maintenance on 12/10/2024 between 03:00 and 09:00. This will impact corporate clients only during this period. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance and the stand alone API services for personal and SME savings and current accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ will be unavailable to TPPs between 20:00 BST 7th and 00:00 BST 8th October 2024.

This outage will also impact our direct personal and SME savings and current account customer channel. Credit Card accounts will not be impacted.

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance and new consents will be unavailable for credit card accounts hosted on the stand alone APIs https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ between 02:00 and 07:00 BST on 6th October 2024. Existing consents will not be impacted.

Personal and SME current and savings accounts will not be impacted.

On Sunday 6th October we will be undertaking scheduled maintenance between approximately 01:50 and 07:30

During this period a cached balance will be returned for Nationwide credit cards, Nationwide credit card transactions will be unavailable and payments to Nationwide credit cards will be queued.
