This outage will also impact our direct customer channels, which will be unavailable during this maintenance slot.

During this time there will be disruption to APIs for our savings and Clubcard Pay+ products. No alternative access methods will be available, and transactions will not be queued.

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance and new consents will be unavailable for credit card accounts hosted on the stand alone APIs https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ between 02:00 and 07:00 BST on 6th October 2024. Existing consents will not be impacted.
Personal and SME current and savings accounts will not be impacted.

During this period a cached balance will be returned for Nationwide credit cards, Nationwide credit card transactions will be unavailable and payments to Nationwide credit cards will be queued.
For the remainder of the period, Nationwide APIs will be available as normal. However, some requests may fail.
