On 8 July 2026 at approximately 04:00 UTC, we identified an issue affecting our enrichment services, including Categorisation, Affordability, and Credit Score, preventing transaction enrichment for new and refreshed consents. As these services are used by several downstream features, dependent services such as User Report, Significant Transactions, and other enrichment-based products were also impacted.

The issue was fully resolved on 8 July 2026 at approximately 16:00 UTC, and all affected data has been successfully reprocessed.
